• Misuse of our services or submission of false information may result in termination without refund.

3. Payments & Refunds

• Payment must be made in full before services begin.

• All fees are non-refundable once services have been initiated, except where Byegate fails to deliver as explicitly agreed.

• Pricing is transparent and based on category or brand difficulty as displayed on our Pricing page.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Byegate is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost sales, account suspensions, or penalties.

• Our liability is strictly limited to the amount you paid for our services.

5. Intellectual Property

• All content, branding, and materials on this website are owned by Byegate and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United States. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of that jurisdiction.
